Orders placed M-F will be processed the next business day and shipped out within 3 business days of order confirmation, unless it is indicated that the item ordered is on backorder or a customized item. Orders placed on non-business days, will be processed the following business day and shipped out within 3 business days.

Orders placed during a sale will be processed within 5-7 business days. 

Items will be shipped USPS standard mail, and shipping is $5 to all 50 United States.

For faster shipping, you have the option of selecting USPS priority mail for $15. Estimated delivery within 2 business days of shipment.

Please allow 3-4 weeks for custom orders to ship.

If you checkout with multiple items in one cart, including an item with embroidery, ALL items will ship at the time your embroidered item is ready.  If you want your other items sooner, please check out with those items separately.

Returns can be made on all full priced purchases up to 14 days after receipt of goods.

All returned goods must be received in their original condition. They must not have been worn, damaged, washed, dry cleaned or otherwise altered.

There are no refunds or returns accepted on sale items.

We currently do not offer exchanges.

Please note, when using our pre-paid return label, a fee of $5 will be deducted from your refund. The return service helps confirm the status of your return and track its delivery progress for added security.
